POSTAGE POLICY
ADDRESS FORMAT
* Before completing your order, please check to make sure that all of your information was entered correctly. We will not be responsible for undeliverable items due to incorrect address details given to us.
TIME TABLE FOR ORDER ARRIVAL
* ALL ORDERS take a minimum of 24 hours to process and are most often shipped in 3-5 business days.
* ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS INCLUDE:
o Holidays – When ordering around a holiday date, orders will take longer to be processed.
* Time allotted for shipping is based on several factors, including destination address and how quickly Bethel Sozo UK can obtain and assemble items for shipment.
* To determine an orders estimated DELIVERY DATE please factor in the following information. Your order is received and packaged within an average of 24 hours. This time may vary depending on the day an order is made, availability of the items and shipping method selected by the customer.
* We do not process orders on the weekend.
* Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to assemble.
POSTING METHODS
* Most orders are estimated to be posted within 2-3 business days from the time it was placed.
* We do not currently offer rushed postage however, all of our packages are sent first class.
TRACKING INFORMATION
* NO TRACKING AVAILABLE: We do not currently offer tracking information on our packages, however we do have the facility to track the package should it not be delivered in the estimated delivery time. If this happens, please contact us.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
* If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. HOWEVER, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.
* We are unable to re-post orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
* If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.
WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERABLE?
*Our carriers may deem a package “undeliverable” for one of the following reasons;
* INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient.
* ADDRESS FORMAT: If an address was entered in an incorrect format, it will be undeliverable.
WEATHER DELAYS
* If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.
AFTER ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
o DELIVERED: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
o UNDELIVERABLE: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, please contact us. All packages are posted through Royal Mail securely and are track-able by ourselves.
RETURN POLICY
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
* Any items returned to us in damaged condition will not be refunded.
TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNS
* FULL REFUND CONDITIONS: REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY BETHEL SOZO UK. Only new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Bethel Sozo UK will receive a refund within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will apply in most cases. Any products shipped to Bethel Sozo UK without pre-approval will not be refunded.
FAULTY PRODUCT
*Please try playing all media in several different players before contacting us about potentially faulty product. Some MEDIA (DVD/CD) will not play in equipment that is not CURRENT technology.
* We will replace any faulty product you may receive. Before returning the product to us, please contact us and provide the following information:
o Your name as appears on the order.
o Postal address.
o Your daytime phone number.
o Transaction ID.
o Product details: please include information on the make, model and year of your CD/DVD player and symptoms of your faulty product.
POSTAGE CHARGES
* We will pay return postage costs if we request product to be returned as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
* We will not pay return postage costs on any items you request to return due to being unwanted nor will we refund our shipping costs to post you the product in the first place.
ITEM CONDITION
* Items returned to Bethel Sozo UK that are damaged may or may not receive a partial refund. Your refund will be at the discretion of Bethel Sozo UK.
WINDOW OF TIME FOR REFUND
* ALL REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY BETHEL SOZO UK within 14 days of receipt. Please do NOT return ANY products without contacting Bethel Sozo UK first. Products posted to us without pre-approval will not be accepted for refund.
* All financial information that was given to Bethel Sozo UK for purchasing your order is unavailable to Bethel Sozo UK as it is processed by PayPal, a leading financial organization in secure payments. In order for you to obtain a refund, you will first need to contact us with your transaction details.
* You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return postal service; however, in many cases you may receive a refund much quicker.
* Time period stated includes the transit time for us to receive your return product (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
